Contract Guarantee

  Home Perfect, inc. may withdraw this proposal in not accepted with in 30 days. Contractor’s insurance and workmen compensation insurance provided by Home Perfect,inc. All workers on site are employees or subcontractors for Home Perfect, inc. All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices.
   Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate or contracted price Any unpaid balances may be forwarded to an agency for collection or litigation in small claim court. All materials are guaranteed to be as specified per manufactured warrantees.
   All agreements are contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. If contract is cancelled by homeowner for any reason 10% of deposit and or 1st draw will be billed as an accrued cost fee.
